By using our site and services, it means that you have read these terms of use and that you fully agree with them. The information and materials on this site are provided for general informative purposes, and can be used exclusively for obtaining information and purchasing on artonline.mk. You may not use, reproduce, print or distribute the content for any other purposes.

Purchase

We describe here all the steps necessary to make a purchase on our Site.

If you have decided to buy a particular artwork, click on the buy button, fill in the form with your details and follow the further instructions. After the order you will receive a notification, confirmation of the availability of the order, its number, its payment - and after the payment is confirmed on our account then the order is confirmed and will be delivered. Delivery can be by courier or personal delivery.

The prices of the artworks on artonline.mk are listed in denars and euros.

We are at your disposal for any other option and if you want we can contact you and arrange your purchase.

Orders

All products displayed on artonline.mk can be ordered online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers in the territory of Macedonia can quickly and easily order the desired works at artonlinemk@gmail.com or galerijamartin@gmail.com

Artonline.mk reserves the right to cancel the order within 48 hours after registering the order. This refers to situations where the gallery estimates that it cannot meet the delivery deadlines for objective reasons. The colours displayed on the page may be deviated, and may be affected by the settings on the screen of your computer or mobile phone.

Also, the colours you see on your screen may depend on your computer system and settings, so we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile phone will accurately display such colours.

The gallery reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with a previous history of suspicious orders.

Method of payment

1. There are several payment methods. After you place an order for your favourite artwork, you will receive a notification, confirmation of the availability of the order, its number, and its payment. The payment is made on a transaction account that will be delivered to your e-mail address, after the payment is confirmed on our account, the success of the order is confirmed and will be delivered (for more details on the manner and time of delivery read below).

2. Giving money in person to the galleries

This applies to the purchase of artworks with cash on delivery when the order is delivered. Payment is made in cash to the supplier (galleries) who brought you the shipment. This only applies to a certain sum during the procurement, which the galleries will estimate depending on the amount of the order and in agreement with the buyer.

3. Payment in installments

There is also a way to buy in installments, depending on the amount and quantity of the order that we determine together with the buyer, and the payment is by an agreement with the client on the method of payment.

If you are interested in buying in installments, contact us by phone or e-mail, but it is always best to come in person to the gallery and arrange all the details of the purchase.

4. Pay in person at one of the galleries: Martin Gallery or ARTE Gallery.

If you want to order an artwork online or by e-mail, and you want to pay in our gallery, you can do so. After ordering online, contact us by e-mail galerijamartin@gmail.com or by phone in the gallery Martin or ARTE Gallery at +38977566233 or +38977834150.

Method of delivery

The purchased artwork through artonline.mk can be delivered to any address in the country through the courier service. After the artwork is paid, it will be transported to the specified destination through courier service or personal delivery from the galleries by agreement with the buyer at our expense.

If you have decided for delivery by courier service, the delivery is as follows:

The courier service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, the delivery deadline starts the next day from the day of the order. For that purpose, a person has to be present at the address indicated for delivery. Usual delivery time is 3-5 days, in the territory of Macedonia. All orders made on Friday or the weekend will be processed on the next working day. The delivery of the shipment by courier service is done only on working days, packages are not delivered on weekends. It is necessary to open the package together with the courier during the delivery to check if the product is well preserved and undamaged.

In case of free delivery, the cost is an obligation of artonline.mk at the first attempt for delivery. If the order is returned by the courier service due to an unsuccessful attempt to contact the client, and the client wants to receive it, the cost is borne by the client.

If a replacement is required, the cost of return and takeover is borne by the buyer. Artonline.mk assumes the obligation to settle the cost only if it delivers an inappropriate product in relation to the work. To replace or return the product, it must be undamaged and packaged in its original packaging. After receiving the product, we check if the product is damaged, and then we send you a suitable replacement.

To buy more artworks, depending on the value, the galleries can personally submit the works in Skopje and the surrounding area of ​​Skopje, usually during the weekends at your address, but that is according to the seller-buyer agreement.

Method of delivery abroad 

The purchased artwork through artonline.mk can be delivered abroad through the following courier services or by agreement with the buyer. 

- For outside Macedonia: courier service DHL Worldwide Express, FedEx, UPS, RSE optima, they guarantee a fast and safe way for transmission and delivery of the shipment in international traffic (in more than 200 countries around the world). 

The price for delivery through courier services depends on the place of delivery and the weight of the package, and they are charged according to the valid price list of the selected courier service and the delivery price is paid by the buyer, this is for outside Macedonia. 

Insurance Artonline.mk gives you the opportunity to insure your package from the risk of loss and damage to which it is exposed during domestic and international transport. Insurance is at your own expense. Artonline.mk and the galleries are not liable and no compensation is recognized in case of loss, damage or reduction of the content of the shipment that is not insured.

All data on customers is processed and stored in strict secrecy by employees who need them to perform work activities and are in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection of the R. Macedonia. The personal data that is processed is not shared with third parties, except when there is a legal obligation and legal basis for that (only in the cases in a manner and in a procedure as determined in accordance with the applicable regulations for personal data protection). In addition, when the needs of delivery of the ordered products to the buyers will be engaged authorized entities for performing postal services, they as processors are obliged to provide protection of personal data that need to be processed in the process of providing their services.
